Delivery will be made one day before the fair starting between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm (In this time stand stuff must be present).
Collection takes place on the last day within 4 hours after the official end of the exhibition (In this time stand stuff must be present). The rented property is not allowed to be included after the fair into the booth! Material that can not be picked up, is provided by a special trip invoiced.
The net prices are valid for every trade fair equal. Prices are based on delivery on the last day of construction to the last day of the trade fair. (Exception is the replacement / exchange)
Please also note that we charge a one-off €24 energy fee per delivery/collection.
Delivery / Collection:
First delivery is also the last day of construction of the respective exhibition. The following days will always daily / every two days replaced within 2 hours after the end day of the fair. This constitutes a new delivery and pick-up dirty goods. In this time stand stuff must be present, or provided the dirty goods. Please note - Only complete units will be exchanged!
In the daily / every two days exchange are the shown prices in the form daily prices!
For the dish exchange, each ordered exchange day is charged with € 24 energy costs. No hourly dishwashing service is offered!
Orders that are received later than one week before the start of the trade fair will be charged with a surcharge (staggered in time)
