Please notice, that in case of delay, Messe Düsseldorf cannot guarantee handling in due form, and time and/or the services may not be executable anymore!

When submitting exact dimensioned plans, please note that the positioning of the ropes cannot be carried out with centimetre accuracy! These are only circled dimensions!

Besides, all incoming orders that reach Messe Düsseldorf less than 21 calendar days before the assembly period are subject to a late delivery charge of 35% on all prices and charges. This also applies to any documents that still require clarification or which are still incomplete by that date.

The maximum load per ceiling intersection / suspension must not exceed 50 kg. Should you wish to introduce higher loads, please send your enquiry for further consideration as early as possible to: TR-Service@messe-duesseldorf.de.

Prices include material (for rent), assembly / disassembly.
